Family Law Attorney

Job Description Our client, a modern, tech-forward, award-winning, woman-owned family law firm with offices in Austin and San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an experienced, dynamic family law attorney to join their Austin team in a hybrid role. The firm represents families navigating divorce, custody disputes, SAPCRs, and other family law matters with strategy, compassion, and strength. Responsibilities Manage your own caseload and develop strategic approaches tailored to each client. Represent clients in contested family law matters, including hearings, mediations, and trials. Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance. Collaborate with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth. Apply strong knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Strive for resolution through negotiation while remaining prepared for litigation. Qualifications Three or more years of experience handling contested family law matters. Active Texas State Bar license. Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
