LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Newport, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care for patients with varying acuity levels.
• Respond rapidly to trauma, cardiac, medical, and psychiatric emergencies.
• Perform patient assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and emergency interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality care.
• Monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and educate patients and families.
• Follow evidence-based emergency and trauma protocols while maintaining patient safety.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at submission)
• Minimum ER nursing experience as required by the facility
• BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) preferred
