Sr. Accountant

A growing client of ours is seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a direct impact on the financial operations of a developing business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day accounting processes while helping improve procedures and financial controls. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices to improve collections and cash flow Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities Review and track purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Support financial reporting and general ledger activities Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and organization Collaborate with leadership and external accounting resources as needed Qualifications 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Experience with month-end close activities QuickBooks experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and follow-up skills Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
