Position Overview

The role of the Guest Room Attendant is to ensure hotel rooms are clean, orderly, attractive, equipment operating as intended, and ready for use to meet guest arrival schedule.


Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and exemplify VIVMEE Hospitality values and luxury service standards
• Deliver prompt, attentive, and anticipatory service to all guests
• Clean and service guest rooms daily to brand standards, including bed linens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and waste removal
• Refresh stayover rooms with attention to detail, replenishing linens, towels, and luxury amenities
• Ensure all rooms are impeccably presented with the correct amenities, linens, and finishing touches
• Maintain thorough knowledge of room types, layouts, and features
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supply areas to par levels
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing bulbs, hangers, or in-room items)
• Support laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Execute special touches such as turndown service and room décor for VIPs or special occasions
• Strip and reset rooms upon departure, ensuring rooms are prepared for incoming guests
• Assist with public space cleanliness and collaborate with maintenance when needed
• Participate in deep cleaning projects and seasonal room refresh initiatives
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering luxury-level service and attention to detail
• Strong time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
