Manufacturing Operations CoordinatorPosition Details: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator- Santa Rosa, CA Location: Santa Rosa, CA, United States Project Duration: 2 Years Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hr on W2Job Description: Duties: This position is for the IC Package Test area (Swing Shift) in Santa Rosa, California. The role supports production and prototype testing of integrated circuit (IC) packages to meet customer requirements and quality standards. You will be part of a small, high-performing team and will work closely with engineering and maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable test operations. While collaboration is essential, this role requires a high degree of independence and ownership to consistently meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Key responsibilities include performing a range of operations such as trimming leads, verifying package seal integrity, and setting up and running semi-automated test systems to validate DC and RF electrical performance. The role also includes preparing finished ICs for shipment, including tape-and-reel packaging.
