DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Revenue Manager in Rockville, MD.Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee revenue operations, ensure accurate and timely billing and collections, and manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process. This role will lead revenue reporting, reconciliations, issue resolution, and process improvements while partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations.Key Responsibilities:* Own month-end and quarter-end revenue recognition* Oversee daily revenue operations, billing, and cash application* Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash and revenue cycle processes* Review revenue transactions and ensure accurate recognition and reporting* Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies* Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and outstanding balances* Support month-end close and revenue reporting* Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and GAAP* Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes and automationRequirements* 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting or order-to-cash experience* 2+ years of leadership or management experience* Experience with billing, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close* Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel* Strong understanding of revenue recognition and GAAP* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and leadership abilitiesJob TypeDirect HireCompensation130000 - $155000
