Marketing Coordinator

The role: NFE is searching for a Marketing Coordinator that will be assisting with all marketing related projects and activities. The Marketing Coordinator performs high level administrative tasks, provides support for events, assists with social media, prepares presentations and participates in formation of general marketing strategy. You will also assist on various other projects as assigned and collaborate with internal teams such as commercial, finance, public relations and project development. What you will do Assist the marketing team with all marketing related projects and activities Perform high level administrative tasks such as budgeting, meeting coordination, inventory management, order placement and organization of various marketing materials Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required, including on the ground execution Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team on marketing strategy Liaise with external vendors on various projects, including the production of marketing materials and photography Source and procure branded items Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate Assist with social media strategy and execution Upload documents to and maintain internal libraries of marketing materials and photos Coordinate and collaborate with various other internal departments such as commercial, finance, public relations and project development Prepare, format and edit a range of documents including presentations Handle details of highly confidential and critical information Coordinate and complete special projects as assigned Prepare and analyze various analytical reports related to website and social media Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company What you bring Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field 0-2 years of experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in Adobe CC, especially InDesign and Illustrator; Photoshop skills preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills and problem‑solving skills Ability to execute in a fast‑paced environment with little supervision Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs Thrives in team environment with a “can do, get it done” attitude What we offer As an NFE employee, you’ll enjoy unique benefits including a generous vacation policy; medical, dental, and vision coverage; a healthcare concierge; free short‑term disability, long‑term disability, and life insurance; a 401(K) plan; commuter benefits; team events; healthy snacks; and an onsite gym.
