Production Operator

Production Operator – Entry Level Location: Humble, TX | Department: Production | Full-Time Position Summary Reactive Downhole Tools is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Entry-Level Production Operator to perform hands‑on production activities in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be willing to learn, follow procedures, and work effectively as part of a team. Manufacturing or oil & gas experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently. Follow safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area. Complete required production documentation and maintain material traceability. Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and company processes. Properly use and care for tools, equipment, and materials. Participate in required safety, training, and continual improvement activities. Work cooperatively with Production and other departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to read a tape measure. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to safely learn and operate production tools and equipment. Dependable attendance, good situational awareness, and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of manufacturing or oil & gas experience. Downhole tool manufacturing experience. Ability to read technical drawings. Overhead crane experience. Manual lathe operation and setup experience. Rubber cutting experience. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and work in various positions. Ability to use hand tools and production equipment safely. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Ability to work around industrial machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
