About This Role As an RN in the Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, you will deliver exceptional patient care while monitoring and evaluating patient conditions. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are passionate about providing healthcare education to patients and their families. Highlights Location: Weston, FL Facility: Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital Schedule: Full‑time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required. Experience 1+ year of current acute‑care RN experience or licensed military RN experience required. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire or within the first year of hire.
