Customer Service Representative II

Providing superior customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will manage electronic claims coordination, handle eligibility inquiries, and ensure first call resolution while meeting established call center metrics. Key responsibilities Coordinates claims electronically and via telephone while addressing eligibility inquiries across various lines of business Documents all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and maintains knowledge of client requirements Mentors and trains other Customer Service Representatives as needed to enhance team performance Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred 2+ years of contact center experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Experience with maneuvering electronic data between various environments Strong time management skills and ability to work independently Virtual Vocations Inc
