Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring a streamlined flow of important information.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, promoting positive behavior support plans and shared goals for client success.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing your expertise to ensure our services meet the highest standards.

• Serve as a vital liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, advocating for the necessary resources.

• Build and sustain relationships with local organizations to foster partnerships and explore additional funding opportunities.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in statewide committees related to mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Empower Minds Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise will also extend to supporting clients in recovery from substance use issues and those living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
