The Client Service Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan® Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail. 5 days on-site. North Scottsdale location (Hayden and the 101 Freeway)

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist with ACH contributions and distributions from investment accounts and annuity contracts.
• Assistance with linking outside banks to investment accounts.
• Processing end of year Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).
• Monitoring and processing investment account model changes and fee rate changes.
• Working with our in house estate team to update registrations and beneficiaries on investment accounts and annuity contracts.
• Answer team inbound calls.
• Research and resolve issues that may arise with client accounts.
• Assist with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar, and excel.
