Territory Sales Manager

Johnston & Associates is seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry with expertise in selling TPA services. This includes but is not limited to claims, medical bill review, nurse case management, or safety and risk management solutions. Candidates must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area and have a true passion for connecting with clients, fostering long-term partnerships, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. Requirements Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in the Workers' Compensation & Claims industry is required. Familiarity and established relationships in the workers' compensation insurance industry landscape of vendors, clients, insurance agents, and brokers. Industry-specific knowledge or qualifications surrounding Worker’s Compensation, claims management, managed care, medical bill review, case management, risk management and safety. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Territory Sales Representative, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong, collaborative, energetic individual with a deep personal commitment to the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. Maturity and professionalism. Independence and reliability. High energy and enthusiasm to motivate others. Excellent written and verbal (including public speaking) communication skills are necessary. A results-driven individual who demonstrates the ability to work well with employees at all levels of an organization. Ability to develop relationships and become trusted partners with diverse clients while always using impeccable judgment. Capability to become a trusted advisor and partner with the customer.
