Patient Access & Reimbursement Marketing Manager,- Biosimilar

Amgen seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute patient access and reimbursement strategies for its biosimilar portfolio. The role involves creating marketing tactics, resources, and field enablement initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas, with responsibility for cross-functional coordination and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead patient access strategy and tactical planning for assigned biosimilar brands
• Create marketing materials, multichannel content, and resources for field teams, healthcare providers, and patients
• Conduct situational analysis to identify patient access needs and recommend improvements
• Deliver training on access programs and support field teams through national meetings and direct engagement
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Compliance to align initiatives

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2+ years of marketing/patient access experience
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of marketing/patient access/reimbursement experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare access, payer models, formulary coverage, and utilization management
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, sales, or patient access roles
• Proven ability to develop marketing programs and field enablement initiatives
• Proficiency synthesizing brand priorities, market research, and customer insights into recommendations
