Help customers find their perfect vehicle based on needs and budget. Provide detailed vehicle demonstrations and confidently guide test drives. Keep up with new inventory, features, and market trends. Work closely with finance and management to seal the deal. Ensure a 5-star delivery experience for every customer. Follow up with clients post-sale to build long-term relationships and referrals. Maintain a professional and polished appearance and attitude at all times. What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic — we can teach cars, not hustle. Stellar communication and interpersonal skills. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Valid driver’s license and ability to get a State Sales License. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus — but not required. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
