Base Salary: Up to $200K

A well-established and growing plaintiff-side firm in Chicago is seeking an attorney to take ownership of a strong pipeline of personal injury cases. You’ll have the support, resources, and structure needed to drive results while maintaining a sustainable workload.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution

• Handle litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, and negotiations

• Work closely with clients to guide them through the legal process

• Collaborate with a team that values preparation, results, and efficiency

What You Bring:

• Experience in plaintiff personal injury (litigation experience preferred)

• Strong case management and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently handle files while leveraging team support

• Licensed in Illinois

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $200,000 base annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
