Job Description Are you an experienced Personal Injury Attorney ready to take ownership of your cases—and play a key role in building something from the ground up? Our firm, headquartered in Florida, with established offices in New York and New Jersey, is expanding into Illinois. We’re seeking a licensed Illinois attorney to serve as a key contributor in launching and growing our presence in this new market. This is more than a case-handling role—this is an opportunity to build, lead, and directly impact the firm's growth in the new state. What You’ll Do Manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement Develop case strategy to maximize value and reduce cycle time Draft and send demand packages and negotiate settlements Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Identify and elevate cases that require litigation Collaborate with support staff to ensure files move efficiently Contribute to building workflows and processes for the Illinois office What We’re Looking For Active Illinois Bar license (required) 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience Proven ability to negotiate and resolve cases successfully Strong understanding of case valuation, liability, and damages Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help grow a new market Strong communication, organization, and client management skills Why This Role Stands Out Be a key player in launching our Illinois presence Direct impact on operations, workflows, and growth strategy Backed by an established, multi-state firm Clear path for growth into leadership roles as the office expands Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus on cases you manage and successfully settle (10%) Additional bonus/fee participation for cases you originate and bring into the firm High earning potential tied directly to your results and contributions Benefits Paid Time Off (Vacation, Personal & Sick Days) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Ready to Build and Earn?
