Bodily Injury Attorney

A growing plaintiffs' firm seeks a Bodily Injury Litigation Attorney in Chicago. In this role, you will have autonomy over a caseload with support from an experienced team. My client offers long-term growth and upward mobility. Responsibilities Manage bodily injury cases from suit through trial Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations Develop case strategy and conduct legal research Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel Communicate case updates to clients Prepare matters for trial Qualifications 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred Strong knowledge of Illinois civil procedure Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage a caseloadBilingual is a plus Compensation & Benefits In addition to base salary, settlement bonuses and a year-end discretionary bonus are offered.
