This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Travel Specialist based in Brazil.

This remote role is centered on helping travelers enjoy smooth, stress-free experiences from the initial planning stages through their return home. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, assisting clients with bookings, changes, questions, special requests, and travel-related concerns. The position combines customer service, organization, travel coordination, and problem-solving in a client-focused environment. You will communicate across email, phone, and messaging channels while providing timely, accurate, and professional support. The role also involves following up with travelers, confirming arrangements, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the customer experience. Structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support are available to help you build your expertise and succeed in a remote setting. Accountabilities:

• Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, messaging, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist travelers with booking changes, cancellations, modifications, and special travel requests.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, travel documentation, booking procedures, and relevant processes.
• Follow up with clients to confirm travel arrangements and ensure they are prepared for their upcoming trips.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and travel-related challenges with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Collect post-trip feedback and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with clients.
• Coordinate travel-related information carefully to help deliver seamless experiences throughout the customer journey.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related service environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and take ownership of requests.
• Comfortable learning and using digital systems, booking platforms, communication tools, and other technology.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and empathetically.
• Genuine enthusiasm for travel and a desire to help people create positive and memorable experiences.
• Ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment.
