You will have tools most single-community marketers never get. Our technology stack includes AI-driven lead generation and automated follow-up, a CRM, and institutional-grade financial reporting. This role can be full-time or part-time. If you deliver, the compensation reflects it.What you will do:Fill beds at premium private-pay rates.Build referral relationships.Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry to move-in.Protect rate integrity.Drive local digital presence.Coordinate with leadership on paid campaigns and brand consistency.Plan and execute community outreach events.Report weekly on pipeline metrics.What you will bring:Experience in senior living, home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing and sales. You understand the referral ecosystem and you know what a discharge planner needs to hear.A bias toward action. This is a lease-up. We are not looking for someone to build a 90-day strategic plan. We are looking for someone who will be in the field this week, knocking on doors, scheduling lunches, and booking tours.Comfort selling at a premium price point. This is not the cheapest option in the market. It is the best option for families who want boutique, high-touch care in a real home.
