This role is ideal for individuals early in their recruiting career who are eager to learn and develop talent acquisition skills in a collaborative team environment.The Recruiter I will assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the full-cycle recruiting process.What You’ll DoPost job openings on internal platforms and external job boardsReview resumes and screen candidates for basic qualificationsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teamsCommunicate with candidates to provide updates and support throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Assist with sourcing candidates using job boards and recruiting toolsSupport recruiters and hiring managers in the full-cycle recruiting processHelp coordinate career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent outreach initiativesEnsure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordinationAssist with administrative recruiting tasks and documentation as neededSupport team efforts to meet hiring goals and recruitment timelinesPerform additional duties as assignedWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)0–2 years of recruiting or HR-related experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic understanding of recruiting processes and talent acquisition principlesFamiliarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards (preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challengesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholdersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyWhat’s in it for you?At Becklar, we’re driven by a bold purpose: protecting people, property, and employees when it matters most.
