I'm partnering with a growing specialty manufacturing company that is making a significant investment in ISO 9001 certification and continuous improvement. They’re looking for a hands- on Quality Manager who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and helping organizations become more disciplined and scalable. This role is probably for you if.... You've led (or played a major role in) an ISO 9001 implementation. You enjoy building systems more than simply maintaining them. You naturally gravitate toward continuous improvement and operational excellence. You have the credibility to influence manufacturing teams without relying on formal authority. You want an opportunity to leave a lasting impact on a growing organization. A few highlights... Brand-new position created to lead a company-wide Quality Management System initiative. Significant visibility with executive leadership. Opportunity to build SOPs, document-control systems, audit readiness, and quality infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites.
