Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Job Summary We are looking for an Express Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have minimum 1 year prior Dealership or Independent service center experience, elevated work ethics to keep up with day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Perform basic vehicle service and maintenance, conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections, identify vehicle service needs Knowledge of CDK operating systems, usage of All-Data systems Communicate directly with Service Advisors so that customers are informed if any additional service recommendations, including cost estimates of additional repairs Execute repairs and minor warranty work to manufacturer specifications Maintain high work standards with fixed right first visit Qualifications Minimum 1 year prior Service Technician experience preferred High school diploma, Trade school certificate or equivalent Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical repair skills and ability to operate basic electronic equipment Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve Enjoy working in a dynamic environment Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record We employ a workforce free from use of illegal drugs and abuse of alcohol, either on or off the job.
