Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to understand their unique challenges.

• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions to clients of all ages encompassing a broad array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, guiding partners toward improved communication, conflict resolution, and relational harmony.

• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on regular evaluations of clients' progress and feedback.

• Maintain concise and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and case histories, ensuring compliance with required legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during acute distress.

• Stay updated on the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy through continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center on providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
