Qualifications & Experience:

• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting assessments, developing behavioral interventions, and providing counseling in school settings
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and legal requirements for special education

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and mental health support to students as needed
• Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies and interventions to enhance student performance and wellbeing
• Participate in crisis intervention and planning, when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidential student records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
