Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address specific orthopedic conditions.
• Instruct patients in exercises designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall function as outlined in their individualized care plans.
• Administer advanced therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, myofascial release, and therapeutic ultrasound to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting observations and outcomes to ensure comprehensive care continuity.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies following therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care.
• Mentor and train junior staff on effective therapeutic techniques and patient engagement.
• Perform all responsibilities in compliance with safety and regulatory standards, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current California Physical Therapy License (PT) is required.

• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work independently when necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) is beneficial.
• Specialized training in advanced orthopedic techniques or certifications such as OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
