What You’ll Do As our Regional Sales Manager – Southeast US , you’ll drive sales growth by nurturing relationships with current accounts and building new distribution partnerships in the foodservice channel. You’ll be a key player in expanding our U.S. presence and influencing the future of the business. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and grow existing distributor customer relationships within the Southeast U.S. region Identify and secure new business opportunities across target segments Implement sales and marketing programs tailored to customer needs Collaborate on product education and support initiatives like sales meetings and ride alongs Analyze accounts and develop quarterly territory strategies Provide regular updates on sales activity, forecasts, and key projects Manage a flexible travel schedule (30–60% travel) What You’ll Bring 2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice or ingredient sales preferred) Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Passion for the culinary industry and an eagerness to stay current with trends Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to the needs of a growing market Fluent in Spanish is preferred Why Join Master Martini?
