Role Description As an Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member, you play a vital role in daily operations and help customers achieve success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You proactively market relevant products and services. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
