JOB SUMMARY:
Performs numerous diversified secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties and responsibilities for the Supply Chain senior leadership.
Duties may include normal secretarial activities such as typing, correspondence, word processing, scheduling appointments, placing purchase orders, etc.
Also coordinates and assist in preparing associated business reports and logistics for on site meetings and events.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process all communications, including phone calls, email, correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, mail, and faxes.
Prepares agendas and materials for executive meetings.
Establishes and maintains support systems for structuring priorities necessary to the Senior Supply Chain leadership.
Assist in managing the executives schedule to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinates and assists in developing associated business reports and prepares presentations.
Organizes files, performs data entry and analyzes data, and maintains accurate records.
Handles confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment.
Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including senior level management.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
Performs other duties assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Generally requires a minimum of 6 years work experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Business/financial acumen
Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base
Personal computer skills, Windows: word processing, project planning, presentation, e-mail and spreadsheet software; comfortable utilizing digital efficiency tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot
Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply with civil rights requirements.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$60,000.00 - $96,600.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
