Case Manager for Homeless Families & Recovery Services

Harbor House in San Francisco, CA, is hiring a Caseworker to provide case management and AOD counseling within a shelter for families. The role includes intakes, assessments, and coordinating housing, mental health, and employment services to help residents reach personalized goals. You will ensure program compliance, discharge planning, and transitions to permanent housing while reporting to the Shelter Manager.
