You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals in a collaborative and positive atmosphere, where your contributions are valued and recognized.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Quantrics, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care setting, assessing their physical and functional abilities.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, incorporating a variety of modalities, exercises, and hands-on techniques.Utilize therapeutic methods, including but not limited to exercise therapy, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices to enhance patient outcomes.Monitor patient progress, documenting detailed treatment sessions and outcomes to adjust the treatment plan as necessary.Reassess and redefine therapeutic goals, ensuring that patients remain on track to achieve their health objectives.Educate patients, caregivers, and families on self-management techniques, assisting them in navigating their recovery journey.Attend continuing education workshops and participate in professional societies to stay current with industry trends and best practices.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of patients, including children and adults recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Our holistic approach considers each patient's unique circumstances, enabling us to address their specific challenges and facilitate their recovery effectively.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with patients and team members.Proficiency in using computer systems and documentation tools relevant to patient care.A flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.Preferred ExperienceWhile prior work experience is not mandated, candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in physical therapy will hold a distinct advantage.
