This may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective outcomes are achieved.Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on recovery techniques, home exercise programs, and strategies to support long-term health.Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education, research, and participation in professional development opportunities.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals across various life stages, from young athletes to elderly patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions. You will be instrumental in guiding these patients through their rehabilitation journeys, addressing not just their physical limitations but also their emotional well-being.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey is essential to practice.Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.Strong proficiency with electronic health records systems to maintain accurate patient documentation.Flexible and adaptive, ready to manage a varied caseload and adjust to the dynamic needs of patients and the facility.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience in a clinical setting is preferred.Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies will be advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing treatment plans with insights from other healthcare providers.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by an extensive benefits package designed to support your health and wellness.
