Funding & Deal Support Specialist (Administrative & Ops Focused)

Compensation: $19$24 per hour

Hours: 9:00-6:00 Monday-Saturday Day off TBD

The Opportunity

As a Funding & Deal Support Specialist, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping our dealership operations running smoothly. You'll partner with sales and administrative teams to ensure vehicle deals are accurate, complete, compliant, and funded on time.

What You'll Do

• Partner with sales staff to resolve contract, funding, titling, and documentation issues.
• Review vehicle deals for missing or incomplete paperwork and prepare them for billing.
• Submit completed contracts to lenders for payment and help ensure timely funding.
• Monitor contracts in transit and follow up on outstanding items to support healthy cash flow.
• Locate trade titles and verify proper signatures, lien releases, and related information.
• Collect and track lender stipulations and communicate missing items to the appropriate teams.
• Support Customer Service and Accounting/Administrative teams with document printing, review, and processing.
• Maintain accurate records for rebates, contracts, due bills, vehicle service contracts, and related schedules in Tekion.
• Manage CIT spreadsheets and/or reporting and communicate updates to dealership leadership.
• Coordinate environmental package/P&L accessory scheduling.
• Handle intake calls from banks, including communicating missing information, payoff issues, and other funding-related needs.
• Protect the confidentiality and security of all nonpublic documents and customer information.
• Ensure deals meet Walser standards and are submitted to the store biller accurately and on time.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
