A/R & Collections Specialist w/ Service Titan Experience

About the Role:

Services By J National LLC is looking for a detail-oriented A/R & Collections Specialist with hands-on ServiceTitan experience to join our growing team in Carrollton, TX. Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
Conduct outbound collections calls and follow-ups on outstanding balances
Utilize ServiceTitan to track, manage, and update customer accounts and billing records
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner
Generate and analyze A/R aging reports to prioritize collections efforts
Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment arrangements and account status
Coordinate with field and operations teams to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software is required
2+ years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience
Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer-facing collections
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience in the home services or field service industry is a plus
