Reports To: Accounting Analyst Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support daily accounting operations, reporting, invoice processing, and distribution center (DC) administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with purchase order procedures.
• Perform three-way invoice matching for payment processing.
• Review staffing agency invoices and assist with payroll using Paychex.
• Manage office supply orders and vendor relationships.
• Standardize DC operational reports in accordance with company guidelines.
• Complete data entry projects and collaborate with accounting, operations, and DC management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounting experience or an economics background.
• Some college coursework in accounting or economics preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Payroll experience with Paychex required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of distribution center operations and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and meet strict deadlines.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work in a distribution center with varying temperatures.
• Extended periods of sitting and computer use.
• Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 10 lbs.
