2nd Shift Mold OperatorAre you an experienced Mold Operator with a knack for team leadership?FastTrack Staffing has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Mold Operator to lead a production squad, execute tooling changes, and run advanced thermoplastic injection molding machinery!Pay: $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)Shift: 2nd ShiftLocation: St Petersburg, FLKey Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and maintain thermoplastic injection molding machinery (Autojector 30-ton, Cavist low pressure).Lead, train, and assign daily workflows to team members.Coordinate production schedules, execute tooling changes, and manage inventory levels.Perform routine preventative maintenance to hit strict quality and efficiency metrics.Requirements: 4+ years of relevant injection mold operation experience.Must hold a valid Hi-Low operator license.Ability to read blueprints and measure dimensions accurately in thousandths of an inch.Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.Must be able to pass background and Drug TestHOW TO APPLYGet on the fast track to your next career move!Contact our Branch Manager directly to schedule an interview:Contact: Dana Alfano-D'EttorreBranch Manager Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io
