TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in specialty License: Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Must have 18 months of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience. - Must work at least every other holiday. - Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores. Description: Registered Nurse needed for a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The position requires the ability to float to various units to care for the same patient population. Night shifts are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend coverage required. Candidates must have permanent experience in the specialty prior to the travel assignment. All required certifications must be current and valid. A reference from a supervisor in the specialty is required for submission. Assessment tests will be administered during orientation and must be passed within two attempts. Travelers are expected to comply with all facility policies. Candidates must complete any required modules prior to starting. Negative drug screens and background checks will be conducted. All applicants must meet compliance standards established by the facility. Nurses with facial hair may require exemptions based on medical or religious grounds.
