Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Everyone's Counseling Center, you will play a vital role in our clinical team by:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Facilitating both couple and individual therapy sessions to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and marital strife.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to encourage healing and effective communication among family members.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to deliver comprehensive services that meet the holistic needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work with families facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues

• Physical and psychological abuse recovery
\n
• Processing grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs

• Job-related stress and medical problems
\n
• Navigating complexities of blended families and issues surrounding separation and divorce

• Facilitating improved communication dynamics between family members, particularly between mothers and daughters

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates are expected to possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field

Preferred Experience\n
