Key Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Speech Language Pathology license
- New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) certification
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric SLP services
Position Overview:
- Full-time schedule: 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and support to early childhood and elementary-age students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student-centered care
- Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative school environment
- Develop creative therapy approaches to address speech, language, and communication needs
