Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active New Jersey SLP license (required)
• Current NJ DOE certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience providing pediatric speech-language pathology services within a school setting
• Knowledgeable in assessment, intervention strategies, and IEP documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to early childhood and elementary students across 5 days per week (32.5 hours weekly)
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Design and implement evidence-based interventions targeting speech, language, communication, and social skills
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
• Work alongside educators, families, and other related service providers to promote an inclusive learning environment
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
