Director, CRM Platform, Operations & Field Adoption

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director to own the CRM platform operations, field adoption, and migration for the Innovative Medicine division. This role manages current platform stability, leads the transition to a new CRM system, and drives field user adoption while supporting AI-enabled capabilities and new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Own current CRM steady-state operations including availability, releases, and business continuity through transition
- Lead change management and user adoption strategy for field force across current and new CRM systems
- Serve as primary CRM partner to sales leadership, field teams, brand, and medical affairs on priorities and adoption
- Define and track adoption metrics including active usage, data quality, and feature uptake
- Lead user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and launch readiness assessment for new platform
Requirements
- Experience leading CRM platform operations and vendor management
- Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise system migrations
- Strong change management and user adoption expertise
- Experience working across cross-functional organizations and sales leadership
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
