Executive Chef

The Halyard Restaurant Group, is searching for an Executive Chef to lead a team of loyal, hard-working, loyal crew members with daily services at our 19 year old Italian style restaurant. Tramici serves lunch 5 days a week and dinner daily. Responsibilities include: Hiring and Training of Staff Maintenance and Organization of Recipes Maintaining Standards of Work and Job Duties Maintaining Standards of Quality, Organization, and Cleanliness Maintaining Standards of Positive, Happy Work Environment Production of Menu Items and Daily Special Organization and Production of Some Off Premise Catering The expectations include: Integrity and Honesty, A High Sense of Urgency, Intensity with a Calm Demeanor, Humor to Roll with the Punches, Openness to Special Orders and Requests, Ability to Create Daily Specials, Ability to Create Seasonal Menus, Ability to Create Special Event Menus, Willingness to Train Staff, Ability to Learn and Follow Budget, Ability to Manage Cost of Goods Sold, Ability to Problem Solve, Great Organization to make it all happen. Qualifications Strong organization Experience with large staff and multiple service periods Inventory management experience Food service management skills Strong background in kitchen management Proficiency in budgeting Cooking Italian food experience preferred Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Compensation Competitive Pay Profit Sharing Plan with ability to earn up to an additional $20k. 401k Matching and annual bonus after first year Health Insurance, half paid by company Paid Vacation.
