Inside Sales Account Management
El Monte, CA | $24–$26/hour + Commission | Immediate Opening
Are you a relationship-driven Inside Sales and Account Management professional who enjoys working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions? We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Management professional to join our B2B team.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in a customer service role who is ready to take the next step in their career and transition into an Account Management/Inside Sales position. If you enjoy building relationships, solving customer needs, following up on opportunities, and want the opportunity to earn commission, this could be an excellent next career move.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B Inside Sales, Account Management, or customer service experience and enjoy building long-term customer relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
Manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries through phone and email.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, product availability, and delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
Support sales goals by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
Maintain accurate customer and order information within the company’s ERP/MRP systems.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of B2B Inside Sales, Account Management, or customer service experience.
Customer service professionals looking to transition into Account Management and Inside Sales are encouraged to apply.
Experience working with electrical, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or technical products is highly preferred.
Strong relationship-building, customer service, and account management skills.
Excellent phone presence, communication, and professional etiquette.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into the appropriate product or parts solution.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong computer skills.
Ability to read or work with blueprints, measurements, dimensions, or basic math is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer requests.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
$24–$26/hour + Commission
