SERVICE RECEPTIONIST

Service Receptionist Subaru of Portland - Service Receptionist Subaru of Portland, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking to add a Service Receptionist to the team! Subaru of Portland is servicing a lot of vehicles and have a need to expand our staff. We are seeking candidates who are friendly, articulate, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player who demonstrates outstanding communication skills, maintains a positive attitude and provides an excellent work ethic in all responsibilities. Full-time with flexible hours between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday. This position pays $19 per hour. Medical/Dental/Vision/RX Ancillary Benefits such as Short/Long Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Spousal/Child coverages 401(k) plus company match As a Service Receptionist, your primary focus will be on: Increasing the service traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound calls and scheduling service appointments, Answering digital calls through Subaru's Starlink system, Miscellaneous office duties including but not limited to scanning documents. Equipment/Machines/Tools typically used: phone, switchboard, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, postage machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers. Physical demands: frequent twisting and/or turning of trunk, reaching, and handling of objects, intermittent standing, walking and sitting, infrequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting of 10lbs or less.
