Trauma-Informed Family Support Specialist

Together for Youth in Schenectady County seeks a Community Care Specialist to provide intensive one-to-one support to youth and families through educational, recreational and social activities. You will supervise, counsel, and coach families to strengthen parenting skills and foster safety in the home.
