In this role, you'll connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services, answer questions, build rapport, and help guide them toward scheduling a consultation with our Consultation Specialists. As one of the first members of our Pinecrest team, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, work closely with leadership, and help create an exceptional client experience as we establish ourselves in the community.

What You'll Do

This is a consultative appointment-setting position focused on building relationships, educating prospective clients, and creating a positive first impression of Bodenvy Pinecrest.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in Bodenvy's services and respond professionally to inbound inquiries.
• Build rapport through engaging conversations, answer questions, and educate prospective clients on Bodenvy's treatments, services, and benefits.
• Ask thoughtful discovery questions to understand client goals, qualify prospective clients, and identify the services that best align with their needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical and consultation teams to match prospective clients with the most appropriate consultation opportunities, schedule appointments, and provide clear handoffs that support a seamless client experience.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and support strong consultation attendance through confirmations and ongoing communication.
• Maintain accurate records and document client interactions within company systems.
• Meet daily activity goals, including high-volume outbound outreach.

Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up, align with the prospective client's needs and goals, and create an exceptional first experience with Bodenvy Pinecrest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, call center operations, lead generation, customer engagement, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Professional, personable, and confident phone presence.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly.
• Strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or medical spa environments is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this role.

Compensation

• $20 per hour base pay
• Bonus opportunities based on consultation attendance and performance

• In-office position located in Pinecrest, FL
• Evening availability required (up to 9:00 PM)
• Weekend availability required
