Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Oregon Locations Pay: $23–$25 per hour | Sign-on Bonuses Available! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide hands‑on support, build lasting relationships, and help create inclusive communities where everyone can thrive. What You’ll Do Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks. Encourage independence and self‑advocacy in a respectful, person‑centered way. Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support. Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to deliver high‑quality, individualized care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, health, and activities. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred. Skills & Traits: Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
