Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for all contracted services across multiple client locations
• Assist with implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
• Provide backup support at various sites for absences, training, or operational needs
• Perform customer support tasks within client facilities ensuring service excellence
• Assist in process improvement, testing, and validation of operational procedures
• Help develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides and ensure compliance
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure safety and service standards
• Collect and provide feedback to improve customer experience
• Support onboarding and cross-training of team members
• Escalate and assist in resolving customer issues effectively
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams
• Support Monthly Operations Review by collecting and analyzing data
• Travel between locations to perform operational duties as required

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education
• Valid Driver's License with clean record
