Social Media Manager

Overview
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a creative mindset to drive engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage social media advertising campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management
- Proficiency in social listening, video editing, web research, and SEO
- Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite

We pride ourselves on the ability to be adaptable and versatile as a staff, and our social media manager should have the same traits. We prioritize in selling and providing support for rotisserie ovens, and we have a top-down structure that starts with the company CEO.
