Job Description Job Description Loan Officer Assistant Ease Mortgage – Troy, MI Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time | In-Office Launch Your Mortgage Career with Ease Mortgage Ease Mortgage is seeking motivated and career-driven Loan Officer Assistants who want to break into the mortgage industry and grow into licensed Loan Officers. This is more than an administrative role — it is a long-term career opportunity. We provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and support to help you learn the mortgage business from the ground up.
